Tom is a co-founder and partner at Delta 6, where he leads the design and implementation of Early Warning and Economic Security Solutions. He works closely with boards and executive teams to deliver the insights and situational awareness needed to make confident, high-impact decisions. His approach translates an organization’s purpose and strategy into actionable signposts—building tailored intelligence systems that track change, anticipate disruption, and support long-term resilience.
With over 20 years of experience across military command, international intelligence, and executive advisory roles, Tom has built strategic anticipation systems from the ground up—often in volatile, fast-moving environments. His work has consistently optimized decision-making under pressure, earning multiple citations for exceptional contributions to mission success.
Tom brings deep expertise in advising strategic leadership across defense, government, and the private sector. He is a vocal advocate for European innovation and know-how, helping organizations gain a competitive edge through proactive early warning and economic security in an increasingly uncertain world.

Dimitri is a co-founder and partner at Delta 6, where he equips boards and executives with anticipation solutions that transform uncertainty into strategic advantage.
Bridging the world of military intelligence and corporate decision-making, he ensures that signals of change become actionable strategies. His career spans more than 20 years of leadership in volatile and complex environments. For 14 years, he served in the Belgian Army, specializing in reconnaissance and intelligence where he led highly trained units in crisis operations. In 2017, he transitioned to the private sector as Senior Director at Securitas Belgium.
There, he deployed intelligence-led operations to safeguard clients during geopolitical shocks. At Delta 6, he helps organizations anticipate disruption and mitigate risk. His approach blends foresight with operational execution. Across defense, technology, private security, and corporate world, his work enables leaders to thrive in uncertainty.
Strategic Advisors

Ann-Nina is a seasoned geostrategic communications advisor with 30 years of experience across multinational corporations, government, and the NGO sector. She specializes in a 360-degree approach to geopolitics, strategic communications, and stakeholder management, with expertise spanning retail, energy, foreign affairs, government, and media.
She has advised the Office of the President of Ukraine and held key leadership roles in global organizations, including as Global Senior Vice President for Public Affairs at Burson, where she advised multinational clients on complex geopolitical and geoeconomic challenges.
At Ingka (IKEA Group), Ann-Nina led public affairs efforts across 30+ markets, developing cohesive strategies and guiding cross-market teams.
Before that, she directed corporate communications and political affairs for E.ON in the Nordic countries and Poland, driving impactful engagement across diverse regions.Ann-Nina also brings extensive experience from regional politics and nearly 15 years in journalism, including roles as a war correspondent and national anchor. She holds a Master’s degree in history and political science from Åbo Akademi University, Finland.

Robin Shepherd has more than three decades of experience at the highest levels of geopolitical analysis as an advisor, think tank leader, and, previously, a senior journalist. His current focus is on the intersection of AI with politics, society, business, and international security. This is the subject of his forthcoming book, Freedom Reloaded: Democracy's Return to Supremacy in the Digital Age. Previous books have focused on the Middle East, central and eastern Europe, and China.
An Anglo-American dual national, he is based in the United States where he advises business and financial clients on the burgeoning strategic intelligence sector. In previous roles, he has, inter alia, run the Europe Programme at Chatham House, and been Vice President of the Halifax International Security Forum. His last role in journalism was as Moscow Bureau Chief for the Times of London, serving during the early years of Vladimir Putin's rule.
Shepherd obtained his masters degree in political theory at the London School of Economics.

Werner is a seasoned security leader, bringing 25 years of experience from Chief Security Officer roles in several multinational corporations, preceded by 20 years in the Belgian Defense. He is an expert in establishing integrated, intelligence driven and risk-based security systems in support of corporate strategy and operational requirements.
Throughout his career, Werner has led programs and projects in several security areas for industrial groups such as Solvay and Engie, as well as for supply chain and aviation companies such as DHL Express and Ingram Micro.
He is also versed in crisis response and management, having actively led global incident response to both physical and cyber-attacks, as well as responses to extortion, natural disasters, country evacuation preparation, and employee extraction from kidnappings.
Furthermore, he is an active member of the largest global association for security professional, ASIS International were he recently was the Chair of the Professional Standards Board and member of the Global Board.
Werner holds a master's degree in political and military sciences from the Belgian Royal Military Academy, along with multiple key security certifications.

Murray is a Strategy and Scenario Development expert, helping leaders across sectors to reflect upon the future and what it means for their current Strategy and Leadership approaches.
He has provided his expertise across the globe, ranging from start-ups to large organisations, both private and public sector and in diverse sectors such as Telecommunications, Healthcare, Infrastructure and Regulations. Murray focusses on the challenges leadership is faced with in strategy development and execution. He understands the leadership dilemma, how to navigate cultural differences and the importance of the external environment, using these elements as a power of strength and turn a rigorous strategy design into actionable operational plans.
Murray has led a number of large scale, complex, transformation strategies. Recent work has been on energy transition, digitisation strategy, investment approaches and policy formulation as well as strategic responses to the fast-changing world.
Murray is the Head Tutor for The Oxford Executive Strategy Programme, is the Global Practioner for Strategy at Strathclyde Business School on the postgraduate programme mixing a practical and theoretical approach to learning and client engagement. He is an alumni of The Oxford Executive Development Programme and The Scenario Programme where he is a key facilitator. He has also been the Lead Assessor for The Strategic Alignment Programme learning with the cohorts how purpose drives strategy. Furthermore, Murray teaches systems thinking models and problem solving approaches at postgraduate level in a number of universities and as an external consultant.
As well as working on "wicked" problems Murray has been involved in Continuous Improvement Leadership introducing new approaches to how to solve "technical" problems in operations and manufacturing.
